Summary of the Book:

Rita has a special ability others want to exploit. When she mysteriously disappears, John, who had begun dating her, is baffled. He and his brother, Ernie, set out on a hair raising journey to find her. Rita and John, who work in the same building, meet at an after hours party. Following a few dates with Rita, John invites her and some work friends to attend tthe wedding of this niece. They car caravan up to a small Northwoods town, where John’s sister Amy lives, to attend the ceremony. After it’s over, they all make the trip home only to find that that Rita hadn’t returned with any of them. What happens next will take you from Arizona to Central Park, N.Y. and places in between. Plenty of plot twists and surprises await the reader of this page-turner.

My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. It is about a girl named Rita who is said to have a special gift. She goes on some dates with James and it starts to build into something special. Then suddenly is gone. This leads to James and his brother going on a cross-country trip to find Rita and see what she was taken. Can’t give away too much. I did think there were a lot of characters and there were a few times I could not keep track of all of them. It was a good book and it did make me things about a lot of paranormal things. I would read more by this author.

My Rating of the Book: 4 Stars
