My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I found this book to be more self-help. It helped me deal with some things that were going on in my head. I used to help me when I was journaling for it sparked things I needed to work on and get that out of my head. To put it simply it was good for my process of self-love.
