My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I did not think it was possible to make desserts like this. That is why I requested this book. Some of them were so simple and amazing that I loved that I was wrong and happily surprised. IT was something new I was glad that I took the chance and tried this out. Very cool.
