My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I know this is a third book in a series but each can be read as a standalone. All of the characters have suffered pain and loss in the process of a terrible event that has left then all kind of hanging on by a thread. The terrible was a school shooting. Taryn lost her little sister and her love interest in this story Shaw is the brother of the shooter. They both are doing what they can to just survive day after day. They need each other to deal with the pain that this matter caused them.
