My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I got this book because there are time I try to ask for help when I am feeling a little off and people I talk to make it worse. So I saw this when I was looking for books to request for my blog. I have had it for a few months and it not something you can just do in a day. It takes time to make the techniques that are present in the book because routine. I did find some things in the book that did work for me and it made me feel like I was doing the right thing for me. I know not everything in this book will work for everyone.
My Rating of the Book: 4 1/2 Stars
