My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I was pleased to find out this author was from my home state. I picked this book because I could relate to it. I loved the activities and getting a better and complete understanding of what an empath is and what that means. It helped me focus in on a few things. I used to wonder why I would get so emotional involved in things. Ihave a better understanding and that is helping me look to the future. That is something that I needed.
