My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I love this story because I love the characters and the description of Evergreen. Valentina is a fierce and bold character and I like that she does not back down. Even if the Knight going from one extreme to another. I like her friend Sofia who is her guide to how the school works. She gets a little attention from the Knights. The Knights are Ryder, Maverick, Jaxson, and Erza. Only for the night at a Masquerade Ball that she heard yelling and goes to help. She was somewhere she was not supposed be and seen something she was not supposed to see. Then appeared the Joker card. She was MARKED. That changed everything and everyone that she knew turned on her.
