My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I read a lot of books of occult and witchcraft. I wanted to read one by another authors opinions. I wanted to use it with my journaling journey. That is why I like the meditations and exercises. I had try these for more them just a couple of days. It takes a little while for them to work and it is makes me feel good. I like that there were quotes from other in the community.
