My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I have to start off by saying that I have had luck reading Sherlock Holmes books. Normally I would avoid a book with that in it. I am glad I went against that way of thinking. I love steampunk genre and throw in some magic and mystery and it is right up my reading alley. Scarlet is a cool and thrilling character. If this is the first book I am holding my breath to see what the remain two books hold for our heroine. I love the description of the world. There is nothing like the Victorian times. They holds some mysterious and crazy moments.
