Summary of the Book:

Adora Jackson’s life is shrouded in secrecy.

Living as a sheltered teen, Adora’s heritage is an enigma. So are her elusive magical powers.

Until now.

Adora learns her name is written in the mysterious Book of Pedigree, as a Trifectus Rara, when she receives an invitation to join the exclusive Ravens’ Blood Academy.

A university full of magical creatures, lost and broken souls, villains, royals, and the outcasts from the underbelly of the night world.

So, what could go wrong for a novice freshman at a supernatural academy full of vampires, shifters and jealous witches practicing cruel magic?

Everything!

Meeting three very different men only adds to the confusion, as she struggles to understand the implications of a Trifectus Rara bloodline.

With their help, Adora’s determined to learn what magical powers she possesses and strives to make it through each level of the rigorous training program.

Each accomplishment brings her closer to the hidden Book of Pedigree and unleashing the mysteries of her past.

But secrets revealed always carry a hefty price. And the cost of those secrets might be too high for Adora to pay.

My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. This book proves that one should not be nosy or trying on mother people’s things. That is how Adora discovers the secret room and how she ends up going to a magical university. She wanted to be different but this was not what she had in mind. She wants to discover the secrets about her bloodline, herself and the school, but she does not even make it one day and she wants it to be over. It is a good start to a new series. She is a very sheltered girl that kind of gets thrown int othe deep end of the magical world and told to do magic or die trying.

My Rating of the Book: 4 Stars
