How I Got the Book: Review Copy

Summary of the Book:

A collection of “short, sassy and powerful poems” by the author of the classic Hell on Heels.  Alicia Young turns her observation and sharp wit on everything from t-shirts to religion. This is poetry that pulls no punches – you may come out bruised, but you will have a smile on your face.

My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I love poetry and love discovering new poetry. This comes from a small press. I love the feeling of the words and how the make me feel. As a poet myself this made me feel several emotions. It is something that I am going to have to read again.

My Rating of the Book: 4 Stars.
