My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I got this book to help me cut some of the soda out of my diet. There were some of the drinks that were really good and some I did not like so much, but that is just my taste buds. I did find that I had more energy when I drank some of these. Especially anything with citrus in it. I am going to have to continue this for a little longer and see how it helps me out.
