My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I requested this book because I have really been into journaling in the past couple of years and wanted to see what this could offer me to add into my route. Tara has happiness down to a science. The Book is broken up into 7 Steps. That range from health, finding happiness, to the stepping stones to find your version of happiness. I know that happiness is not the same for everyone. I like the boxes that say helpful hints. The book was useful and there are some parts I am going to keep using.
