My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I keep a meditation journal so I can write down how I feel after my sessions and sometimes what I might have seen. This book helped me take a moment for myself a little more. It made me feel that the sessions were something more important and I need to keep doing them. It had helpful hints throughout the book that kept me going.
