My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I am not a coffee drinker, but I do like tea. So I had tea while I was reading this book to see if there were a few things I could hold on to, to help change my life. There are a few tips from this book that I will being keeping in my journal to add a bit of excitement and a new way of thing. It only takes a few minutes out of the day. Once could do this while having their morning coffee or tea. I enjoy that it is simple things and I can do it in whatever spare moments I have. It makes me feel like I have done something good for me each day.
