My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I have been trying to meditate more and get the stress out of my life. This book gave me a good place to start and I have been using the methods for a little while now. I have tried out some of them and like the visualizations and affirmations that were included in the book. I found it useful to keep a journal while doing this.
My Rating of the Book: 4 Stars
