My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I am a twin so this book reached out to me and I was excited that there were so many different kind of characters. Becka is fae-touched but she was born without gifts and this gets her exiled from her people. She is going to school and working on human and fae relations which are not the best. When she almost has her Ph.d. that is when she finds out about the death of her twin sister. Her family calls her home, but they still don’t treat her like family. Quinn the Enforcer that is investigating her twin’s death is staying close to her and he does not seem to mind that she does not have gifts. I am excited to read the rest of the series.
