My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I could not imagine having to deal with the loss of someone twice. Alex is told that her aunt has died and discovers that she is an heir. There is a whole lot for her to take in. Keepers, guardians, and familiars are just some of the new things she is working through. She has to understand her new position as a Keeper and use that knowledge to protect and help her new supernatural family. It was a fun book to read and I want to read more by this author.
