My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. The way that the first book ended pulled on me to know what was going to happen next. I was glad that I have both books on hand so I did not have to wait for it to continue. Amelia and Roan are so strong, and they know what they are after. It is all about keeping their families safe and they fall into their leadership roles and if created for them. There is so much emotion on the pages that I could not put the book down. I have to know what was next. I can’t wait to get my hands on the rest. Anna J. Walner weaves a story that one cannot help but fall into like you are part of the story and taking that journey with the characters themselves.
